"In August of 2025 my car failed to start on a hot, miserable Friday afternoon. I used the roadside app to request a tow. AGERO roadside responded and dispatched a tow truck. While on the phone with roadside assistance it was established that the vehicle tow would was well beyond the allowed 12 mile limit. I was required to supply them a credit card to cover any possible charges. The representative assured me that I would not be charged unless services were performed. The tow truck driver called and we established that the truck was incapable of towing my vehicle. So, the truck never arrived on-site, they never towed my vehicle, but they charged my CC anyway. A call to my local office and they set the refund process process in motion. Five stars for State Farm customer service."
